This fictional newspaper was created as part of a big crisis exercise in Oslo to make the scenario more realistic. I designed and set up this online newspaper and associated social media.

It was exciting to see how this affected the dynamics of the exercise and gave the participants a more realistic experience of how the media and rumors can develop during a crisis.

The exercise had 500 participants and was arranged in collaboration between RVTS Øst, the Oslo Police District, and Oslo municipality.

Some of the important parts of the exercise was to practice for incidents with ongoing life-threatening violence and establishing a Evacuation and Relatives Center.
